Joe is an award winning guitarist and independent recording artist with two releases to his name. In two decades of performing, recording and producing music he has deftly negotiated his three primary loves- recording and releasing his own music, helping other artists realize their dreams through performing as a sideman, session musician and producer and also sharing all of this experience as an educator; teaching literally hundreds and hundreds of students over a 17 year period.
Joe began learning the guitar shortly before his 17th birthday as a complete autodidact. Through drive and determination he was able to begin earning a living through teaching and doing studio sessions in just under two years. Since then he has played guitar on countless commercials (T-Mobile, Reelz TV, etc.) and independent CDs. He has also toured throughout the United States as a sideman and performed and recorded with band members from the likes of Sting, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Christina Aguilera, Blue Öyster Cult, Oingo Boingo, Dave Koz, Nelson Rangell and many more.
For this performance Joe will joined by Andrew Campbell on Bass (Beyond Orange), Jon Greathouse on keys and Matt Garstka on drums (Animals As Leaders). Joe currently endorses Grosh Guitars and Jedamp Amplification.

Adam Levy is best known for his 2000-2007 tenure as the featured guitarist in Norah Jones' Handsome Band. He played on her breakout 2002 'Come Away with Me,' her follow-ups 'Feels Like Home' and 'Not Too Late.' Other performance and recording credits inlclude work with Rosanne Cash, Tracy Chapman, Amos Lee, Lisa Loeb, and M. Ward. In addition to Levy's skills as a player, he is a gifted songwriter. He penned "In the Morning" for Jones, and other artists have recorded his songs as well. There's no doubt, though, that the best way to hear Levy's folk/pop/blues gems is straight from the source. His latest solo album is 'The Heart Collector.'
