Emily King : After receiving a Grammy nomination for her debut album (East Side Story) in 2008, King parted ways with her record label and has continued her work independently. Her follow-up EP “Seven” was recorded in her home and released in July, 2011. It has received high praise from peers and critics alike (Alicia Keys, Ne-Yo, Maroon 5). She is currently touring in support of it. In October she accepted an invitation from Maroon 5 to be the opening act on their European/Scandinavian tour in late 2011. King’s carefully crafted compositions are the perfect vehicle for her polished, lush vocals that harbor both an innocence and honesty. A gentle mix of soul, folk and rock influences, King’s music emotes the kind of straight to the point storytelling that’s reminiscent of singer/songwriters of the 1970?s.
Lisa Tucker : Lisa Tucker is a singer/songwriter and an accomplished musician. She played the role of “Young Nala” in the Disney production of THE LION KING. Lisa was a top 10 finalists on American Idol earning her the opportunity to perform on the national IDOL tour in 60 cities across the country. After the tour, Lisa became a recurring guest star on Nickelodeon’s #1 Rated Show, ZOEY 101, and guest starred on shows like THE OC, 90210, and THE GAME. Lisa appeared in her first feature film, THE HUSTLE. She also landed a major role on the CW hit show, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, and a co-starring role in the upcoming movie DREAMS. Lisa recently traveled across Europe performing for the U.S. Troops.
Dave Cavalier : With a soulful rasp and guitar strings like veins, Dave Cavalier just wants to tell you a story. And whether it's about the heart he once broke or the things he lost along the way, this Chicago-born raconteur always promises to be honest. With a sound that blends the blues influence of his roots and alternative styles that lie comfortably on the fringe, the now LA-based songwriter has a sound all his own. Add to Cavalier's explosive stage presence the soul of a poet: provocative lyrics and sincere storytelling. Cavalier's songs are piloted by a voice as dirty as his characters' hands, and he's not ashamed of either.
STAMPS : Stamps is a Los Angeles based pop band consisting of Ren Patrick, and Adam James. With Patrick being very involved with the opera, theatre and jazz bands since she was a little one, and James playing in numerous bands, they are no strangers to the music world. They write catchy and fun Pop songs with substance, and that is what makes them stand out from the crowd. With Adam and Ren having a variety of different musical tastes, they've got all the ingredients to make people want to shake their hips and wiggle their toes.
