Eric Andre: Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, actor/comedian Eric Andre now lives in Los Angeles (by way of New York) and performs live almost every night of the week. He brings a manic energy to the stage, combining autobiographical experience with experimental psychedelic rambling. In addition to his series regular role on ABC’s “Don’t Trust the B---- in Apartment 23,” Eric is also the host/creator/executive producer of The Eric Andre Show on Adult Swim. This past summer, he led a sold-out tour of the live show around the country. He most recently shot the Shawn Levy feature, THE INTERNSHIP, in Atlanta.
Rory Scovel: Mixing his spontaneous creativity and absurd view of the world, Rory Scovel is quickly making a name for himself across North America. Whether discussing drugs, politics, or life in general his infectious stage presence and engaging charisma will quickly shift the vibe of any room and place the audience in the scene of every punchline. “You’re not just hearing his jokes, he’ll actually show them to you.” –Rory Scovel While performing as a finalist in the 2006 Seattle Comedy Competiton this was said about Rory’s performance… “Every night he stepped onstage his set was remarkably different, thanks to Scovel’s near-genius improvisational skill.” –The Stranger (Seattle) Rory Scovel has opened theater shows for such comics as Louis C.K., Daniel Tosh and Nick Swardson. He has also appeared in the following festivals for Stand-Up or with his D.C. Improv troupe, Dr. Fantastic… Vancouver Comedy Festival, Seattle Comedy Competition, San Francisco Comedy Competition, DC Comedy Festival, Del Close Improv Marathon, Bumbershoot Comedy, Arts, and Music Festival, Sasquatch Music Festival, Chicago Improv Festival, Philadelphia Improv Festival.
Matty Shea: Matty is just an average dude that grew up on the rough streets of rural Cleveland. He grew up confused about his identity because he had the unfortunate cultural circumstances of dealing with an American father and a Canadian mother. He continues to struggle with the pronunciation of “mom” and “about”. Although he is half Canadian, he does not agree with the loosey goosey immigration laws for Canada geese. He is a teacher by trade; not a real teacher, just a gym teacher. He is currently fighting for gym teachers to get paid more than normal teachers because, “We have to deal with cultural stereotypes. Everyone always thinks I’m a lesbian”. He has lived in weird places all around the world and now resides in Los Angeles, with the likes of Wilfred Brimley and entitled pedestrians. His stand up has been said to be extremely appealing to animals and people that don’t speak English. Won most valuable comedian on his bocce ball team (his partner did not vote). You have seen him as the hockey player in Cut Copy’s “Need You Now” and recently in Honey Honey’s “Angel of Death” with Joe Rogan and Martin Starr. He was in the feature film “Rampart” with Woody Harrelson and Robin Wright. He played a groom in a McDonald’s commercial. He also did a student film where he played a dad, but he forgets the name of the movie.
Kristin Mineo : Kristin Mineo was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and began her journey as an actor, dancer and performer at the age 5, when she decided that she wanted to be Paula Abdul. She then went to study Medical Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Wisconsin - Madison...a logical step (and proceeded to perform in musicals, while not playing with petri dishes, and was nominated 'funniest female' every year). She moved to Chicago and studied acting and improv (Second City) while pursuing a corporate career. Four years later, she's left the corporate ladder and is back in LA doing stand-up comedy, improv comedy, acting and writing.
Jared Kowalski : I am a Comic that has a passion for Music! But my talents are strongest in simply entertaining! I have spent a lot of my life in the restaurant field,..but for the past year have been studying Stand-Up Comedy in a workshop run by a Famous Comedian and his Starlet Wife, Gayla Johnson Dean, who has performed on Showtime's Fierce, Funny, Women! I have structured a sold hour of Good Worked out Material, and focus on writing comedy every day! My Comic Heros would start at George Carlin, and include people like Bernie Mac, Mitch Hedberg, and Bill Hicks! I have been a fan of the Great Stand-Up Comedians my whole life,..and I believe it is my calling as well!
