She’s currently editing True Tales of Lust and Love, an anthology that will be released by Counterpoint/Soft Skull on 2/14/2014.  

Christie Nittrouer: Christie Nittrouer is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian, comedic performer, comedy writer and received a PhD at UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film, and Television, writing her doctoral dissertation on the topic of stand-up comedy performance). She’s also creator/producer of Good Humor, the only stand-up comedy show with free ice cream for all audience members.

Pamela Ribbon: Pamela Ribon (http://pamie.com/) is a TV writer and best-selling novelist (Why Girls Are Weird, Why Moms Are Weird, Going in Circles) whose fourth book, You Take It From Here, was released this July through Gallery Books. Pamela has adapted her popular novels for both film and television, and developed original series for ABC, ABC Family, Sony, and 20th Century Fox Productions, is currently developing an original television series for Jerry Weintraub Productions and Warner Bros, and is known as a pioneer in the blogging world with her successful website pamie.com. Her stage work has been showcased at the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival and she created the accidental international scandal known as Call Us Crazy: The Anne Heche Monologues.

Maria Bamford: Maria Bamford (http://www.mariabamford.com/) is the first female comic to have two half-hour Comedy Central Presents specials. She starred in the Comedy Central series, The Comedians of Comedy and Netflix’s Comedians of Comedy: Movie. She has made multiple late-night appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Late Night with Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Kimmel Live, as well as not-so-late appearances on John Oliver’s New York Stand Up Show, Premium Blend, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and The World Comedy Tour: Melbourne 2003. Her CD, Unwanted Thoughts Syndrome, is available on Comedy Central Records and features a bonus DVD of her web series The Maria Bamford Show.  

Jackie Kashian: Jackie Kashian has been a national touring comic for over 15 years. She has her own half hour special on Comedy Central, was a semi-finalist on Last Comic Standing, has been on This American Life with Ira Glass and recently killed on Conan. Her latest CD, “It is Never Going to Be Bread” was one of the Top 10 comedy albums on Amazon in 2010. She has a weekly podcast, The Dork Forest, where she interviews people about their obsessions.
