  • The Face

    The Face

The Face is an instrumental experimental rock band with psychedelic, trip hop and electronic elements.

  • Digital Detroit

    Digital Detroit

As their name suggests, Digital Detroit’s sound is fresh and forward facing with roots that are planted firmly in the past. Like the sprawling metropolis itself, Digital Detroit’s members find themselves awash in the overwhelming obsession with blinking lights and synthesized relationships that have grown to define our modern culture. Their sound reflects classic brick and mortar rock & roll songw riting while simultaneously embracing the open space and airy guitars of the futuristic, seamlessly integrating hook heavy melodies that soar above tight, intertwining guitar work. A rustic acoustic twang underscores the glow of synthesized harmonies and refines the sounds of the past into something new, ultimately, a sound that refuses to forget where we all came from while taking us somewhere we’ve never been before.

  • The Terns

    The Terns

The band’s guitar-driven rock sound, with sharp vocal harmonies and heavy percussion, is reminiscent of the glory days—when bands like The Beatles (their top influence) dominated the charts. Combine that with a swift appreciation of modern greats, like The Strokes and The White Stripes, and you’ve got a band that knows exactly what a perfectly crafted rock song should be.
Released in July 2013, The Terns’ first full-length album “From Nowhere” pays homage to rock & roll with its aggressively honest lyrics, wailing guitar riffs, singing bass lines and heart-pounding drums in an all-out war for elevation. And before they even wrapped their first session at The Laboratory Studio in Simi Valley in early 2013, they were already in forward-motion towards a sophomore release.
Since flying into the Los Angeles music scene in 2010, The Terns have performed and continually been invited back to play in top venues such as Sunset Boulevard’s House of Blues, Molly Malone’s and The Mint. In October 2012 they also emerged No. 1 out of more than 30 bands during Howl at the Moon’s third annual Battle of the Bands in Universal City, Calif.

  • Kayaks

Rey and Christian were jamming some tunes, then Mickle joined the mix, then we peer pressured everyone around us to play something. We were going to make a documentary about it, but it's already been made and it's called "La Bamba."
