Baby Back Ribs and Soul Food

This show features the considerable talents of Cire' the Mestro Quartet PLUS the amazing Soul Food from Chef Starr Cambell and officially kicks off her new restaurant Baby Back Jane Ribs and Soul Food.  Previously awarded by Buzzfeed best Soul Food in LA and with 2.7 million hits on You Tube, Chef Starr Cambell will now be offering her mouth watering, delicious soul food at The Mint Sunday thru Tuesday from 10 AM - 5 PM, breakfast, lunch and early dinners. See menu below and be sure to buy your advance ticket for Sunday Dec. 3rd thru the club's website.  Don't forget to choose the $25 add on fee for a gastronomical experience you won't soon forget!

    Eric Cire the Maestro Nicholas

    Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Mecca of style, culture, and vibrant nightlife, Eric Nicholas, known to his peers as “Ciré the Maestro,” is the ultimate modern Renaissance artist.


    Ciré the Maestro is the son of a musician. By watching his dad practice on piano and play keyboards with his band, Ciré developed a passion for music early in life. At age five, he performed his first recording session, singing background vocals on his father’s first recording “Disco Claus” by the Bionic I.


    Ciré the Maestro studied music at the acclaimed New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), which allowed him to travel the world and perform throughout Europe and South Africa.


    With over 25-years of experience in the music industry, Ciré utilizes his extensive knowledge of the techniques of acoustic designing and sound recording to produce music in a plethora of genres: Pop, Roc, R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Classical, Orchestral, as well as his own original music style.


    Ciré has performed with various acclaimed artists, including Michael Ward, Anthony Wonsey, Nicholas Payton, Adonis Rose, Gary Brown, and Irma Thomas.


    Passionate about presenting real quality music that comes from his heart to his listening audience, Ciré the Maestro is truly an inspiration to the Music Industry. His personal musical inspirations extend from Bill Evans, Kenny Kirkland, and Joe Sample, to Miles Davis, George Duke, and Chic Corea.


    Ciré the Maestro currently resides in Los Angeles, California, where he is pursuing a career as a Songwriter, Producer, Publisher, and Artist. His desire is to share his musical passion with people of all ages, and inspire the younger generation to express themselves musically with their own style, free from any previous rules.
