  • Alicia Blue

    Alicia Blue

Alicia Blue started writing poetry out of high school. She then moved to Los Angeles, where she met old soul singer Malcolm Hayes Jr. who taught her soul music from the 1960’s. Inspired by the voice of Aretha Franklin, and the poetry of Bob Dylan, she combined soul music with poetry in the first songs she would write in 2014.  She found her 1st manager busking in Santa Monica, who put her in touch with producer Julien Genuardi. The two hit it off, producing their first song “He’s An Artist”. Noted for sounding old yet new, this feature has defined Alicia. Her voice is passionate and powerful yet vulnerable, giving her a reputation as a dynamic singer.  She was recently a top 3 finalist for indie label Five of Five music’s annual “artist to sign”.

  • Lola

Lola Toben is a singer, pianist, and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California.  Referred to as the “female Elton John,” Lola is an artist who captivates audiences with her soulful voice and intricate songwriting.  Her petite frame and humble demeanor have not stopped her from being a powerhouse performer. She has taken her original music across the country, performing at notable venues such as The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles and Blueberry Hill in St. Louis. She was a Top Ten Finalist in the 2015 Wildflower! Songwriting Competition in Richardson, Texas. She was chosen as “Artist of the Week” in Coming Up Magazine in May 2017.  She has also toured with noted musicians such as Premik Russell Tubbs (Santana, Sting, James Taylor), Jeff Haynes (Joni Mitchell, Cassandra Wilson, Herbie Hancock) and bass virtuoso Michael Manring.
When off the stage, Lola works as a studio musician: session singing, arranging, coaching and playing keyboard.  In her hometown of Saint Louis, she was a respected singer and songwriter at Nelly’s Extreme Institute and Shock City Studios.   Since moving to Los Angeles in 2017, she has worked with notable producer Jez Colin (Barry Manilow, *NSync, Stevie Wonder), singing on the trailer for major motion picture, Kong: Skull Island.   Lola has also recorded her own EP with Grammy-nominated producers, Alex Elena and Topher Mohr.  Her first single, “Way to Your Heart,” was featured on KX 93.5 Laguna Beach Radio, We the Beat, Wonky Sensitive, and LA On Lock music blogs. She will be releasing the rest of the singles over the next few months.

  • Unsung Lilly

    Unsung Lilly

The delicious concoction that is Sera and Frankie, a multi-talented and just-married couple, make up the British music duo 'Unsung Lilly', who are currently based between Los Angeles and Brighton, UK.
Originally a 5 piece band band, Unsung Lilly were rated as one of MusicWeek's 'bands to watch'. As the original line up, their debut album 'BE' was blessed with radio play on independent stations all over the world, and the band performed at festivals such as Belfast Pride (to a reported 8000+ people), Guilfest (alongside artistes like Jools Holland, James Morrisson and Bryan Adams), and Weyfest.
After the five piece band cut down to a duo, Sera and Frankie were invited to move out to the one and only Hollywood, CA, to be mentored by Wayne Vaughn (Earth wind and fire, brothers Johnson). With a prestigious residency in hand at Universal Studios, and performing at Hollywood hot spots like House of Blues, Hotel cafe and Whisky a go go, the girls spent a year in LA working on new material, and then finished a stint recording back in the UK at Aja Studios in the Surrey hills, developing their new songs.
The girls emerged in 2016 with a brand new epic pop sound (imagine a beautiful blend of Florence and the Machine with Birdie and you will get a rough idea!), releasing their 'Walls' EP via their bandcamp page, and have since then been 'hibernating’ away in the Southern California desert, creating new material, with a single due for release in Sept 2017. Sera and Frankie have self-penned, and self-produced their latest tracks, with 90% of the instrumentation performed by multi-instrumentalist Frankie herself. The tracks have been mixed by legendary Chris Ballard (Christina Aguilera, Leona Lewis, Alesha Dixon).
‘I am so excited about our new music. There’s such an interesting and revolutionary energy in the world right now - so a lot of our new songs have been influenced by that' - Sera.
‘Musically speaking, the new material is like an extension of our ‘Walls EP’, lots more atmospheric sounds and layers, but with that soulful edge at the same time. Its been a dream come true to have taken all this time to develop it' -  Frankie.
