  • The Accidentals

    The Accidentals

Billboard’s Breakout Band at SXSW 2015, Huffington Post’s Sweet Sixteen of 2016, and Yahoo Music’s Top Ten Bands to Watch 2017.
Described by John Sinkevics of Local Spins as “genre-melding indie-folk,” The Accidentals (Sav Buist, Katie Larson, and Michael Dause) exhibit “a musical and lyrical sophistication that outstrips most mainstream bands.”
From 2012-2014, The Accidentals recorded three original albums, were guest artists on fifteen others, scored two films, and landed song placements in commercials, documentaries, and music compilations while playing over seven hundred live shows. THEN they graduated high school.
After graduation from world-renowned Interlochen Arts Academy, The Accidentals added multi-instrumentalist-singer-songwriter, Michael Dause, as their touring/studio drummer and opened for musical greats that include Andrew Bird, Sixto Rodriguez (Sugar Man), Brandi Carlile, Dar Williams, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Ben Sollee, Rusted Root, The Wailers, Keller Williams, Arlo Guthrie, Martin Sexton, and Joan Baez.
In 2015, they scored original pieces for a 72-piece orchestra, an opera-dance project with Son Lux, and a smaller 30-piece string ensemble, while touring the US extensively.
In June of 2016, they released a brand new, self-produced EP called Parking Lot, of which the single, “Michigan and Again,” went viral. They’ve kicked off 2017 as major label artists, having signed a record deal with Sony Masterworks to release a full-length album in August.

  • Wino Strut & Friends

    Wino Strut & Friends

David Phillips is an American artist whose work has shown at over 50 galleries throughout the United States.  Including The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Carnegie Hall (NYC), and The Downtown Art Center of Los Angeles.  Working from his studio in Venice Beach, California, he’s been featured by the CBS News, The LA Times (twice), and over 70 websites on the web where he has a significant presence.  While paintings dry in his studio Phillips writes and performs songs under the name “wino-strut”.  Known for his high energy and blistering live show a “wino-strut” show is typically a rare event.  wino-strut has been a stalwart in the underground Los Angeles art and music movement for over a decade.

  • Craic In The Stone

    Craic In The Stone

A new force on the Celtic folk rock music scene, Craic in the Stone has quickly become known for their engaging storytelling songs and tight, captivating sound.  Imagine Loreena McKennitt meets Gaelic Stormexhilarating yet mesmerizing.   Lead vocalist Alana Fitzgerald drives the sound with her expressive and siren-like vocals alongside her sister Fiona Murray, with harmonies that are unimpeachable. Interwoven with their charisma is the violin virtuosity of Annie Cavadini and guitar mastery of Jay Rofsky. Driving the rhythm is Scotty McKay on Bodhrán and percussion and Bill Strongin on electric bass, although every set includes a delightful foray with Well on mandolin or Strongin on piano, adding variety to the sound.

The band was formed in 2013 when a group of experienced musicians put together a set of traditional and modern Celtic tunes for a one night concert to benefit the Chance Theater in Anaheim, California. Due to the tremendous audience response following that concert, the band recorded their first album, "Say Yes to Craic," before the band even had a name. During the next two years, Craic in the Stone performed at venues such as Muldoon's Irish Pub, The Pint House, The Big Irish Fair, and the Samueli Theater at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, as they honed their unique Celtic folk/rock/trad sound.  Their second album, "no, nay, NEVER," was released in the fall of 2014 and in December, the band performed and arranged the music for the world premiere of A Celtic Holiday with Craic in the Stone at the Chance Theater, a hybrid Celtic Christmas concert and storytelling production, which played to sold out houses. That production was recognized by Examiner.com for Best Special Event in their Best of Orange County Theater of 2014.

Craic in the Stone has earned a reputation for its invigorating, eclectic Celtic sound that spans gorgeous storytelling and tightly woven harmonies.  Their wide repertoire includes pub songs and traditional tunes, originals and fresh covers, as well as instrumental jigs and reels. Named after the quintessential Irish expression, "CRAIC" (pronounced “crack”) for fun times, Craic in the Stone continues to sell out venues as they share the ancient tales with a unique instrumentation and style that is relevant today.

Currently, Craic in the Stone is performing all over Southern California while focusing on recording their third album which will be released later this year.

  • Roses & Cigarettes

    Roses & Cigarettes

Roses & Cigarettes formed in Los Angeles in 2013 when the country cover band that
Jenny Pagliaro was singing in auditioned Angela Petrilli for a vacant guitar position.
Pagliaro and Petrilli immediately bonded over their desire to perform original material
and similar tastes in music - from the classics like Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles and
Bonnie Raitt; to more contemporary artists like Patty Griffin, Sheryl Crow and
Miranda Lambert. It was a mutual love of singer-songwriter Ray LaMontagne and
his song Roses and Cigarettes that inspired the name of the band.
When the girls released their debut album in May of 2015, Jenny and Angela were
eager to promote it by hitting the road and playing the songs live. Those plans were
put on hold in early July when Pagliaro was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer,
and immediately began treatment. Jenny underwent two surgeries, 8 rounds of
chemo and radiation only to have the cancer return again in September of 2016 - just
prior to the band’s west coast tour. The tour and shows went on, and upon returning
to LA, Pagliaro once again entered another round of gruelling treatment.
Despite a Stage IV, the new treatment has been effective and Jenny is finally seeing
her health start to improve. She knows she won’t ever be cured of the disease, but
Pagliaro feels that making music with Roses & Cigarettes is the best medicine of all.
“I have to take care of myself and stay healthy – that’s my priority, but my music and
the band will be an important part of that healing process.”
Roses & Cigarettes’ music is an eclectic blend of Roots, Rock, Americana, Country
and Pop - the perfect recipe for the classic California sound. The band has sold out
    shows at Harvelle’s in Santa Monica and Second Stage at Hotel Café in Hollywood;
and headlined Pappy & Harriet’s in the high desert. Roses & Cigarettes have
supported Jim Lauderdale, Luther Dickinson, Radney Foster, Elizabeth Cook, Billy
Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters, The Record Company and Amanda Shires
among others. Their music has been featured on KLOS FM and KCSN FM in Los
Angeles; and Pagliaro and Petrilli have endorsements from Fender Guitars, Martin
    Guitars and D’Addario guitar strings.
Roses & Cigarettes are currently in the studio in LA recording an acoustic record,
which is due out later this year. The band’s self-titled debut album is available on
iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora and most other digital outlets; and on their
    website: rosesandcigarettes.com.

  • Jake Allen

    Jake Allen

Still in his twenties, he moves around the acoustic guitar like he's been holding it for a lifetime, gliding from end to end and producing sounds that you'd normally expect from a full band. Although many audiences are introduced to Jake Allen through the spectacle of his intricate solo acoustic shows, the scope of Allen's artistry runs much deeper.

At age five, Allen began exploring synthesizers and recording music in his father’s Northern Michigan studio. By fourteen, he had become proficient with a variety of instruments and he solidified his commitment to a life of producing and performing his unique blend of progressive alternative music. Allen has since gone on to produce several acclaimed solo records, playing every instrument himself, while tastefully complementing his endlessly dynamic voice. In addition to drums, guitars, etc., Jake regularly stresses his belief in using the studio itself as a key instrument in creating his robust productions and conceptual albums. These deep, detailed and technically delicious records lend themselves to the fleeting practice of sitting down and really listening to an album from start to finish.

By his late teens, Jake found himself being drawn to the sounds of finger-style guitar trailblazers like Michael Hedges and Andy McKee (who he would soon come to share the stage with). He started to pin point his focus on acoustic guitar, crafting his own breed of six string wizardry. On top of a two-hands on the neck, percussive tapping style, Jake employed an array of effects and live looping to create an engaging solo performance. Through the art of looping, he discovered a way to create a virtual clone-like backing band. With this sufficient bag of tricks, Jake took his solo show to the road in 2009, touring twice a year ever since.

In addition to his solo endeavors, Jake has toured the U.S. several times with his backing band bringing his lush studio productions to life on the stage. These live efforts have garnered sponsorships from musical gear companies like Fender, Gretsch and most notably Takamine Guitars, an acoustic guitar company currently developing a Jake Allen signature model.

As Jake continues to write, produce and perform, his mission statement remains the same. "I observe, report and justify my life through the act of making music. In turn, I wish that act will enrich the lives of others and inspire them to be their own definition of great."
