  • Kaeli Earle

    Kaeli Earle

Kaeli Earle‘s music is a mish mash of soul and pop, jazz and rock. She draws from influences like Billie Holiday, the Beatles and Amy Winehouse, as well as D’angelo and Dilla, and brings them together in a real live show with an energy that fills the room and makes people feel good.

Originally from Washington State, Kaeli grew up playing classical cello and after eight years, switched to the bass to play jazz. After moving to the Bay Area, Kaeli picked up work as a freelance bassist, playing noted venues like Yoshi’s, the Freight and Salvage, the Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society and Kuumbwa, and singing and playing bass with touring gypsy-jazz band The George Cole Quartet. She soon gained a following for her warm voice and powerful stage presence, swaying audiences nationwide with her performances.

While playing with George Cole, Kaeli started producing electronic music under the Soundcloud moniker kæli. She also joined Seattle-based label Undergrnd Lvxvry, where she released several tracks, and began playing bass for Bay Hip Hop group The Oakland Mind, laying down bass lines for rappers in a weekly cypher.

After receiving a full ride to Berklee College of Music, Kaeli moved to Boston where she started writing music and playing with the other students. Now in her first year at Berklee, Kaeli is currently working on a live-instrument, soul-styled EP set to be released through Undergrnd Lvxvry, and will be playing shows in California, Washington State and Massachusetts over the summer with her band. The band is comprised of a roster of professional musicians, all talented individuals on piano, drums, guitar, horns and backup vocals, with the shared vision of great music and a great show.

  • Kela Parker

    Kela Parker

Originally from Berkeley, California, singer, songwriter, guitarist, and pianist Kela Parker grew up playing classical piano and exploring alternate tunings on the guitar. Out of these varied musical influences, she began making music in the fertile indie scene of Portland, Oregon. Now based in New York City, Parker explores an emotive and evocative sound world with a distinct harmonic sensibility and musical voice. Her avant indie sound invites the listener on a journey that has been called enigmatic, genre-bending and magical, "like folk music--but from a country you've never heard of before."

Jam is an acoustic singer/songwriter recording out of Jack Johnson's Plastic Plant Studio in Hollywood. His EP, produced by Grammy award winning producer, Robert Carranza will be released this Fall. This young artist has shared the bill with Flogging Molly, Death Cab for Cutie, Fitz & the Tantrums and many more at the Pot of Gold Music Festival in Phoenix, AZ; and will be touring this July.
Added to these accomplishments, Jam has opened for The Wailers and worked with Alice Cooper recording a demo for the Hollywood Vampires.
Mentioned by Mitchell Hillman of the Phoenix New Times, “I’m not sure if 'JAM' is more impressive musically or lyrically, but maybe I shouldn’t fret, because it all comes together beautifully as an anthem of hope, positivity and celebrating all that is possible.”
