  • Charly and Faust

    Charly and Faust

A solid mix of psychedelia infused by blues brings the unique sound of Charly&Faust to the stage. Fronted by two French female vocalists, the multi-ethnic band performs heart touching ballads telling stories from love to heartbreak.
Initially introduced to each other in Paris, France, both Charly and Faust decided to join forces and recruit the band’s current line up after deciding to relocate to Hollywood, California to attend Musicians Institute in 2016.
Charly’s old school punk and blues influences give the band a touch of reality in her guitar playing as Faust takes the sound to a more psychedelic path with her soothing voice. Coralie Hervé is a powerhouse on the drums with groovy Eric Reymond on the bass, both being the backbone of the band’s music. Rafal Maciejski adds the perfect elements with his keyboard playing and Anthony Kuo surfs his guitar to give the unique sound to the band.
What makes for the band’s unique sound is the fact all the members originate from different countries ranging from France to Switzerland to Taiwan to Poland and that they manage to combine folk, psychedelic, and native American styles.
Charly & Faust is currently in studio recording  their debut EP with their sounds engineer Akshay Mittal and have several live gigs booked around LA for the summer.

  • Junk Parlor

    Junk Parlor

Junk Parlor is an adventure down a path paved with eastern european, gypsy, vintage bellydance melodies and our own brand of moody, haunting originals. Leonard Cohen-esk vocals and poetry, ripping violin, cajon, percussion, drums, fretless electric bass, banjo and electric guitar all come together to paint a fantastically edgy dream scape.

We have been described as “Gypsy Crooner Punk” by our fans and are often compared with Nick Cave, Tom Waits and Gogol Bordello.

Jason Vanderford leads the band with vocals and acoustic guitar, accompanied by Laela Peterson’s moody viola, Tim Bush’s growling fretless electric bass and Robin Goodrich’s swaggering beat…..    A dream on the edge of a cliff.

  • No Small Children

    No Small Children

No Small Children is Lisa Parade, Nicola B., and Joanie Pimentel. They are kick-ass, rockin’ chicks by night and schoolteachers by day. This trio of women has a friendship rooted in rock, respect, and a straight talking strength that comes through their in their music loud and clear.

Currently NSC plays shows throughout northern and southern California, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and can't wait to hit the road for SXSW, a northwest tour this spring, and return for their third tour on the east coast this summer. NSC have found fans in every venue they’ve played. They have a powerful sound that is loud, melodic, and irreverent. Their lyrics are honest, thoughtful, funny, and seem to strike a chord with audiences everywhere they go.

NSC completed their first release in January of 2013. It's available on iTunes, "Dear Youth", produced by Lisa Parade and mixed by the legendary Bob Marlette (Rob Zombie, Black Sabbath, Anvil, Filter etc). They are back in the studio completing their second release which is due out in early 2014. Be sure to catch their show near you, and feel uplifted and psyched to be where you are.

  • Abby Diamond

    Abby Diamond

    Abby Diamond is...
Quite an enraptured individual, moved by colors, divine intuition, and sound as the perfect expression of essence. A background of listening to Motown in the car every day of her childhood and beginning her career as a Jazz vocalist in New Orleans have shaped Abby Diamond’s unique voice. Playing with deep rhythmic pockets and electronic elements, this vocalist, composer, and producer is a force of nature and feminine power.
