  • Ward

    Ward

WARD is high-energy post-punk and modern rock, recalling the live stage energy of classic bands such as Echo and the Bunnymen, The Smiths, and The Stone Roses. Their concert presence was recently praised by Music Connection as "quality new wave" set to "easily become a genuine force in LA.".
Since starting in early November 2016, WARD has gained tens of thousands of online followers and drawn enthusiastic crowds to venues all over Los Angeles. With their first EP cut and a full album coming soon, WARD is one of the hardest-working bands in LA, and looking forward to what's coming next.
    Ward is:
    Karim Elghobashi - bass
    Darren Edwards - drums
Christopher Ward - guitar and vocals
    Mauricio Munguia - guitar

  • L Ariel

    L Ariel

L.Ariel is a singer/songwriter/producer of dance synth pop. She swirls complex chords into layers of synth sounds to create deliciously addictive hooks and dance-driven beats. Her pop songs are beguilingly sweet with clever, complicated lyrics, infused with a genuine longing that lingers after the last note.
A child of the 80's, L.Ariel's pop music influences include Prince, Michael Jackson, The Gap Band and Madonna. She is classically proficient in piano and considered learning the saxophone until she hit puberty. She makes her home in eternally sunny Los Angeles

  • The Gorgeous Knights

    The Gorgeous Knights

The Gorgeous Knights (Gorgeous Knights for short) are four noble-hearted workman-rockers in Los Angeles.

  • Vinal

    Vinal

  • VINAL is on the scene with an assault of dynamic, melody-driven funky folk and soulful rock n roll. Equally comfortable unle...ashing a high energy dance party as they are crooning a stripped back acoustic performance and allowing the songwriting to shine, VINAL takes the repertoire of lead singer/guitarist Jonny Vinal (of Rack Em Let’s Go) to the next level. Additional vocals are provided by Colleen McNamara, backed by a rhythm section of Jason Cerutti (of Rack Em Let’s Go) on bass, Chris Narainen (of Blue Boy Productions) on drums, and Alex Russo (of Blue Boy Productions) on keys. With such eclectic backgrounds and a collective appreciation for all musical styles, anything is fair game in VINAL’s originals and covers.

  • Evan Stone & The Translucent Ham Sandwich Band

Evan Stone & The Translucent Ham Sandwich Band

Imagine getting up in front of a live crowd with your favorite musical kindred spirits and winging it musically for an hour and a half? A funky sonic tsunami born out of creative adventurous, Evan Stone and the Translucent Ham Sandwich Band have done just that for several years on the southern California club circuit, wowing audiences with their Psychedelic/Funk/Rock/Prog/Avant Garde/Jazz musical musings and Andy Warhol's Exploding Plastic Inevitable visuals.  It's a genre meshing extravaganza of experimental shenanigans that has no immediate comparison.

Now Stone is poised to unleash their squawky perambulations and angst filled ruminations to the world. Their debut album, Music From The Future, features 21 fully realized tracks sure to raise eyebrows and have jaws hitting the floor. Expansive and discursive, the listener is quite likely to wonder what is going on here musically in the world of The Translucent Ham Sandwich Band, but that's Stone's ultimate goal. Equal parts jam and improv, (think Ornette Coleman playing with Captain Beefhart's Magic Band), the record opens by establishing a palpable sense of uneasiness (flies buzzing, dogs barking, phones ringing, radio static) that permeates this sometimes abrasively bizarre, decidedly discordant and challenging musical schematic. Stone's timely social commentary and razor sharp observations, sometimes resembling psychotic rants, weave in and out of the entire presentation, with enough guffaws and slam style poetry along the way to be worth the price of admission.
