  • Taylor Locke

    Taylor Locke

As co-founder of the LA rock band Rooney in 1999, Taylor Locke was signed to Geffen Records while still in high school. After 3 albums and a decade of international touring, he shifted his focus to his own group, Taylor Locke & The Roughs. After 2 albums with that group, he has gone completely solo and is about to release his solo, "Time Stands Still". The album is his most personal and intimate affair to date, while maintaining the signature guitar fireworks and vocal-layering he is known for. You can also find him appearing regularly as the world's premiere Lindsey Buckingham impersonator in "Rumours: The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute Show".

  • Morgan Karr

    Morgan Karr

“One need only scan the sea of enrapt faces to understand and appreciate the power of a true entertainer." - DoNYC Review // Morgan Karr at Brooklyn Bowl

MORGAN KARR is a Los Angeles based singer-songwriter originally from Nashville, TN. He began voice & piano lessons at the age of 9, finding that singing & playing an instrument helped to ease his 4th-grade social anxiety. Morgan’s voice is a soaring instrument with inspirations ranging from Rascal Flatts to Stevie Wonder to Rufus Wainwright.

Morgan also appeared in the Grammy and Tony winning Best Musical 'Spring Awakening' on Broadway. He won first place in "Amateur Night" at the Apollo Theater in Harlem in 2010, and received top honors from the John Lennon Songwriting Competition in 2012.

Morgan's most recent EP "yellow skies" was released in March 2013, produced by Alex Wong (Delta Rae, Vienna Teng, Ari Hest).

  • Scotty Grand

    Scotty Grand

Unique, Colorful, Bold, Extraordinary and Artistic are just a few words to describe a truly gifted musician. And yet those same expressions tend to take on new form when referencing the overwhelming talent of the creative commonly known as, Scotty Grand.

Raised in the most famous music city in America, New Orleans, Scotty began his dealings with music very early in life.  Learning that he was the great nephew of gospel legend, Mahalia Jackson, moved Grand to embrace his musical gifts and to use them to leave a musical mark right where his lineage left off.
After completing extensive studying and networking leads at Boston’s Berklee College of Music, Scotty bolted straight for the hills of Los Angeles. It’s here where Grand would act as Creative Director/Keyboardist/MC for Grammy Nominated Acts such as Jordin Sparks, The Jonas Brothers, and fellow pianist Alicia Keys.

During Scotty’s career he has the opportunity to share the stage or collaborate with musical greats such as Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Ne-Yo, Aretha Franklin, Patti Labelle, Master P, Aaron Neville, Allan Toussiant, Babyface, Sanjaya, Troy “Trombone Shorty” Andrews, and many more.

Now, after sometime spent brightening other stars’ light, Scotty Grand, witha slew of accolades on charts all around the world, countless TV spots and appearances (The Apollo, BRAVO’s Platinum Hit, ABC’s Wipeout), and a freshly inked publishing deal with industry giant, SONY/ATV….Scotty Grand, at the wide-eyed age of 26 is ready to step into his own shine and blind the world in the most amazing way!

  • Arielle Sitrick

    Arielle Sitrick

Arielle Sitrick grew up in Chicago listening to “all the greats,” as she calls them—from The Beach Boys to Crosby, Stills, and Nash to Queen to Simon and Garfunkel and James Taylor—and moved to LA for her high school years. Arielle’s songs are fresh and relatable, exploring the whirlwind of adolescence with a maturity and wiseness far beyond her years. Her music is mainly indie pop, with atypical melodies and expressive, catchy lyrics. While Arielle’s sound draws distinct similarities to artists such as Sara Bareilles, Lorde, and Ellie Goulding, she has a unique clarity and brightness of voice all her own. She’s currently fighting on as a freshman at USC.

  • Burning Jet Black

    Burning Jet Black

In the future, robots will perform all the music we listen to.  Thumping bass and electronic blips will destroy all the pure emotion and visceral experience of the music we once knew. Meanwhile, in the here and now, Burning Jet Black is fighting hard against this automatic (re)/(de)volution. Fingers dancing on the fretboard, legs shaking on the kick drum...and sweat dripping off their brows, and the genuine heat of the crowd. This is music with a pulse...and the heart to keep it beating.
"While your friends are growing up and taking vows, you're still giving all your body will allow..." is the declaration that ignites Magazine Girl, their first single. An apt observation of the tragic heroine of the song and of Burning Jet Black themselves. The industry is that model past her prime, desperately whimpering for your attention, but not offering anything in return. This band, however, is offering something real, something that screams for you to be immersed in it, and they're on the fast ascent, keeping in mind: "We come TOGETHER, or we fall apart."

Assuming it would be possible to start over again, knowing all the things you know now, would be a no-brainer. The band functions with this hypothetical ethic; only using the experience of the past to look forward, instead of back. Comprised of David Bloomfield (guitar), Wes Hall (drums), Rob Hughes (bass), and David Sparrow (vocals, guitar), you get a band that clicks. You'll hear it, it will sink down into the depths of your soul, and then you'll know. Burning Jet Black is alive and kicking and they will not quiet down.
